Calling all artists and photographers to take part in LKCNHM Eyes of a Naturalist Contest!
The Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum will be hosting an inaugural photography & illustration contest titled “Eyes of a Naturalist”. Contestants are to submit either a photograph or an illustration which reflects the work of a known naturalist—past or present, local or overseas. A naturalist is someone who observes, studies, and records the natural environment. A known naturalist needs to have information and/or portfolio online, mentioning his/her involvement in nature.
Photographs and illustrations must be prepared in Singapore and within the contest duration (July – October 2023). A write-up of less than 250 words describing the entry and information about the naturalist must be provided, with sources included clearly.
