Chestnut-capped Laughingthrush – common in mixed foraging parties

posted in: Feeding strategy, Interspecific | 0

“Common in mixed foraging parties; often a few Chestnut-capped Laughingthrushs (Garrulax mitratus major) foraging together.

“These birds were in seen in a mixed foraging party comprising Silver-eared Mesias (Leiothrix argentauris), Mountain Fulvettas (Alcippe peracensis) and others.

“Feed largely on insects and explored dead, curled up leaves.”
