Fiery Minivet foraging

Saw a small social group of 3 Fiery Minivets (Pericrocotus igneus igneus), one male (both images above male) and two females (both images below female), foraging for animal prey very high up in the crown of a Rain Tree (Samanea saman) at the fringe of this forest reserve.

One day I hope to see these wonderful birds at a distance that allows a better appreciation of their beauty.
