Gold-whiskered Barbet – food sources

A number of Gold-whiskered Barbet turn up at the fruiting Bridelia tomentosa. They pluck the fruit with the tip of the beak and throw it backwards to swallow.

Habitat: Previously logged forest with secondary growth and some residual primary forest
