Spotted Nutcracker

“The Spotted Nutcracker (Nucifraga caryocatactes owstoni) is a bird that fascinates me and is usually found at higher altitudes, where its loud calls makes it easy to spot. The Taiwan N. c. owstoni adult birds have white spots primarily confined to the upper breast and head (crown is dark).”
