Rosy Starling eating Oil Palm fruits and calls

The latest version of Plant-Bird Relationship LINK lists 17 species of birds that feed on the Oil Palm (Elaeis guineensis) fruits. These include 1 barbet, 2 bulbuls, 2 crows, 1 hanging-parrot, 2 hornbills, 1 laughingthrush, 1 magpie-robin, 2 mynas, 3 parakeets, 1 starling and 1 woodpecker.

Jeremiah Loei now adds another starling, the vagrant Rosy Starling (Sturnus roseus) to the list – see video below, that also captured the calls.

Another video (below) similarly gives the calls of the Rosy Starling.
