“I observed a pair of Pied Trillers (Lalage nigra nigra) nesting in the city.
“The nest was built, as usual, in the fork of a tree. This one was in a tree that had shed all its leaves and was situated 7-8 meters up. I could get some height evaluation from an adjacent building and slope to obtain better images.
“Although this was a ‘passing’ observation, as I was just wandering around the city to get a feel of bird life, I did pass by 3 times and noticed that both parents incubated the eggs.”
