“Although often seen in riverine areas, I saw a few Black-and-red Broadbills (Cymbirhynchus macrorhynchos macrorhynchos) at the RDC entrance (centre location).

“One key difference between C. m. malaccensis in Peninsular Malaysia from C. m. macrorhynchos in Borneo is the white on the underside of the tail (see composite above, C. m. macrorhynchos on the left).
