Juvenile Brown-throated Sunbird feeding

“This Brown-throated Sunbird (Anthreptes malacensis) fledgling caught my attention when I saw it on a tree calling to its mother and quivering its feathers as it begged to be fed. Mother bird obliged with a mouthful, then flew off. While waiting for its next feed, it helped itself to the nectar in the flowers of the Acacia mangium tree. Below is the video clip of the sunbird on the acacia tree.”
