Crested Goshawk caught a myna

posted in: Feeding-vertebrates, Raptors | 1

Through the good office of Allan Teo, we received the above images of a Crested Goshawk (Accipiter trivirgatus) attacking and eating a myna at Singapore’s Japanese Garden taken by Seck Wing Chee.

The Crested Goshawk is a rare resident and non-breeding visitor.
