Crows mobbing a Changeable Hawk Eagle

The dramatic shot of a pair of crows mobbing a raptor was photographed by Mike Tan a.k.a woof in April 2009. According to KC Tsang, the raptor looks like a Changeable Hawk Eagle (Spizaetus cirrhatus).

Crows as well as other birds are regularly mobbing raptors…
